This privacy policy applies to all personal data we process about visitors, (prospective) customers and participants in our services, whether through www.berksports.nl, email or personal contact.

10. Data outside the EU
Berksports.nl processes and stores personal data only within the European Economic Area (EEA). No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU.

Our services are not aimed at people under 16, other than under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If you believe we have collected data about a minor without consent, please contact us at info@berksports.nl, so that we can delete it.
